Please return the questionnaire no later than June 5. 

The faster you complete the form, the faster we can tell you when you perform, and the faster you can book transportation and hotel. 

We will send out a proposed schedule to both artists and managers for you to look over and send back with your comments. Then we will issue the final schedule. Once we make the schedule and book equipment, we won’t be able to change it.

To perform at Alberta Showcase, the artist (group) or agent must be a Member of the Arts Touring Alliance of Alberta (ATAA) and must be registered as a “Showcasing Artist Exhibitor” for the 2026 conference.

To make this easy for you, we have combined both registration fees into a single $400 payment (if you pay before July 31, 2026).

Note: this is the Early Bird registration price; if you pay after July 31, the price will be $450. The absolute final deadline to register is August 31.  

Your registration entitles you to the following:

  • One (1) year’s membership of the ATAA with all the benefits that includes (see our Membership page for more information).
  • Full access for one (1) person to the 2026 Conference, including all programmed events and workshops, all meals, and an exhibitor table in the Contact Room.
