Emerging Artists – Krissy Feniak, Brianna Lizotti and Travis Dolter in Brooks

Every year at the provincial showcase the ATAA gives up-and-coming artists a chance to display their talents. This year the association decided to give three young performers a chance to hone their skills on the Brooks Stage. Krissy Feniak is a Country Music singer/songwriter from Alberta. In 2018 Krissy Feniak won the North American Country Music Awards International Entertainer, Songwriter and Artist of the year and was nominated for the ACMA Horizon Youth Award, and the Edmonton Music Awards Rising Star Award. Brianna Lizotte is most recognized for her old time fiddling and from performing various roles within the award winning Red Deer Royal Marching Show Band. She has received the Rising Star Award from the Alberta Men and Women of Country Music. Travis Dolter is an emerging singer/songwriter artist who brings high-energy and excitement with him to the stage. He plays a wide variety of music from country to Class Rock.
