Bassano Arts Council hosts the Jim Byrnes Duo!

Jim Byrnes is one of the most well-known roots/blues/folk artists in Canada. He is also a well-known Canadian actor. He performed in Bassano in 2010 and our audience has been making requests for his return since then! He has won numerous Junos, Canadian Folk Music Awards, and Maple Blues Awards. By age 13 he was singing and playing guitar and has had the great fortune to play with a virtual who’s who of the blues from Muddy Waters to John Lee Hooker. You may recognize him from TV shows Wiseguy and the Highlander series. His stories and songs will thoroughly entertain you!
