Ticketpro and ATAA are excited to announce a new partnership.
With the newly added block booking component for the membership, Ticketpro is partnering with ATAA to provide ticketing software to benefit both. Each organization would have their own contract with reduced rates, exceptional customer service and support with a portion of the service fees paid to ATAA to help maintain the block booking program.
A leading and well established, bilingual Canadian company offering online, phone and box office sales; Ticketpro provides additional exposure and distribution for the membership – the events are available through their own website and sales avenues but also through the ticketpro.ca site. Our call centre is available 12 hours per day/7 days per week for inquiries and phone sales. The user-friendly selling software is cloud based, residing on servers in Canada. Everyone is on the same version of the platform and receives all upgrades free of charge. The account managers provide programming and are available to the organization’s staff during business hours. The call centre supervisor assists after hours, which includes an escalation procedure to involve the account managers, regional managers/directors, development and our president if needed. Each client has full access to their data. With the use of the tag feature, clients can learn about their customers’ buying habits even if they are not for that organization’s events. The agents or artists may (with client’s permission) may be given access to reports. With the block booking coming into effect, the artist may have one log in to check reports for all Ticketpro venues they are performing in. Much easier for the agent/artist and less work for the venue/member organization. Our marketing department is available to assist with selling the events, through our newsletter, web banners on ticketpro.ca, dedicated eblasts as well as providing expertise in google analytics, pixels, cart abandonment etc… ATAA may also have access to the full data (with permission) to help the membership such as create target marketing to engage the Alberta customer, or to provide reporting to the funders and other partners.
