A great opportunity for artists, agents and presenters to network in the Contact Room to discuss upcoming performances, touring plans and block bookings. All artists at Showcase 2011 will be represented in the Contact Room.
Artists / Agents / Industry please note:
- Each booth includes a 6’ skirted table and two chairs
- Booths must be attended whenever the contact Room is open.
- Be prepared to gather presenter information
- Contact Room delegates must register for the conference (meals, meetings and showcases)
- Think about what you really need to plug in — power has been quoted at $65 / booth
