Contact Room set-up time:

8 am to noon ONLY

Each display booth includes one 8' table and two chairs. Signage is not provided, so please bring your own. If you require electricity, an extra charge of $26.75 will apply. Head phones must be used for audio equipment.

Contact Room strike will take place from 1:30pm-3:30 pm on Sunday, October 19, 2008 ONLY.

Contact Room registration is separate from the Showcase conference fee and does not include meals, but you may take advantage of the special conference registration rate for those who hold a booth in the contact room .
